Black Belt in Karate

Toby Williams has been studying Genbukai Karate for 9.5 years, since age 7, and had a seminar at the weekend in Whangaparaoa.

He passed his grade after a gruelling 9 hour session, and is now a Black Belt (rank of Sho (1st) Dan).

This is a huge achievement and represents many years of commitment and hard work.
