Cammando Basketball Academy (CBA)

Skills Clinics and Holiday Programmes for Years 1-13

Term 3, 2018

Junior Academy (Year 1-9)

New Recruits (Year 1-3)

What: This introductory class is designed to get players familiar with basic footwork and fundamentals, whilst also promoting the enjoyment of basketball through fun skill based games.

When: Saturday 4 August 3-4pm

Cost: $135 for Term 3 Sessions

 

Junior Cammandos (Year 4-6)

What: Junior Cammandos is designed to begin building and cementing the fundamentals of basketball, focusing on developing skills and using that ability to play the game within a team environment.

When: Saturday 4 August 4-5pm

Cost: $135 for Term 3 Sessions

 

Rookies (Year 7-9)

What: The Rookies session focuses on skill development, fitness and conditioning, and includes competitive elements to develop players in game abilities.

When:  Friday 10 August 3:30-4:30pm

Cost: $135 for Term 3 Sessions

 

Nerf War Birthday Parties

What: Exciting Nerf War and Basketball themed birthday parties for all school ages.

When: By booking only

 

Senior Academy (Year 9-13)

Hops ‘N’ Handles

What: A session focused purely on ball handling development and explosive jumping ability. For those players wanting to break ankles and throw down.
When:
Tuesday 7 August 3:30-4:30

Shooting Range

What: Shooting range is focused on improving form, footwork, and getting a lot of repetitions up. 40 minutes are dedicated to shooting drills with 20 minutes of shooting competitions and 3 on 3. Players can track their progress over the term/year with percentage based testing.
When: Wednesday 8 August 3:30 - 4:30

Jam Session

What: What is the best way to improve? Play the game. Jam session is an hour of scrimmages held weekly to increase playing experience.
When: Wednesday 8 August 4:30-5:30

Signature Moves

What: A class teaching the arsenal of the world’s best NBA players. This term includes sessions such as the James Harden step back series, Kobe Bryant fade away clinic and Steph Curry breakdown session. 40 minutes of drills, and 20 minutes of game time.
When: Friday 10 August 4:30-5:30

Workout Pro

What: Formerly known as Cammando Elite, these sessions are an intense workout based on the training format of professional players.
When: Saturday 11 August 5-6pm

Cost

Academy Classes: $125 each per term

Recruits Combo: Any 3x Academy Sessions $299

Veterans Combo: Any 4x Academy Sessions - $350

Elite Combo: All 5x Academy sessions - $425

Dance, drama & performing arts classes for kids aged between 4 and 13.
