To join Pinehurst Orchestra
To join please contact Kathryn Hunt. We are looking for players who enjoy making music as part of a team and are prepared to take part in concerts and other events. Rehearsals are Thursday lunchtimes and commitment to attendance is vital. Students are also expected to look after their music and to do enough practice through the week in order to be prepared for each rehearsal. The Orchestra has the widest age range for any individual group in the school and we are very proud of this and of the supportive, fun atmosphere in which older players look after the younger ones, and less experienced players are made to feel welcome and integral to the group.
